This website is intended for people who may have experienced trauma as children, and subsequently suffered long term physical ailments as a result of intense prolonged stress. Of course everybody interested in health, travel, and/or nature can learn from and enjoy my website, especially my many nomadic travel photos and articles.

Pro-nature is pretty self-explanatory. Nature is healthy for physical, psychological and spiritual reasons. And natural foods and products are commonly known to be healthier for living beings. Anti-poison refers to poisons in the food supply, in the air, in medications, in traumatic events.

Many people with PTSD may be more sensitive than those who have not been traumatized and hence may experience multiple chemical sensitivities, real physical symptoms from toxins in the environment. They are like canaries in the mine. Some trauma survivors experience sensitivities to electrical magnetic frequencies and/or excessively loud noise.

I have personally explored and researched the link between trauma stress and both physical and psychological symptoms, and to offer possible solutions to obtain optimal health. Since healing is a process unique to each individual, I believe it is up to each person to search out their own path.

Some subjects I plan to write about are natural supplementation, healing diets, non-toxic products, environmental triggers, and healing psychologically using all the senses. I plan to write about a wide variety of topics, but not too in-depth, so I will do my best to link to others who delve deeper into particular areas.

My plan for spending the money I make from this website is to purchase a high-powered microscope to look at my own blood, and blood of my friends and acquaintances. I believe it is very important to have free flowing blood cells, instead of the stacking and rouleaux caused by injectables and toxins in our food supply and in our environment. I only know of two professionals in the US, who use a high-powered microscope for blood analysis: Mike Adams or the Health Ranger, and Dr. Ana Mihalcea. In years gone by I would occasionally see sign-up sheets at health food stores for live blood analysis. I think the study of blood cells is even more advanced now. Ironically, I have come full circle, as growing up I wanted to be a medical technologist and I studied for this field briefly after high school.
